Delivery times and costs
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although during holidays, processing time may be slightly extended. If an order is placed during the weekend or on a public holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.
Shipping is free for all orders, except for any customs duties, taxes, and additional fees, which will always be borne by the buyer.
We ship to the following countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, and Sweden.

Returns
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can notify us by email at info@roverocashmere.com within 14 days from the delivery date to request an exchange or refund.
The return shipping cost will be covered by Rovero in the case of defective or incorrect products, while for all other returns, shipping costs and any additional fees will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned by mail or courier in their original packaging, must not have been used, washed, or damaged, and must be in resalable condition. No exchange or refund will be made for products returned incomplete, damaged, or dirty.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will not be refunded. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on roverocashmere.com. For further questions or special requests, feel free to contact our customer service team by emailing info@roverocashmere.com.
Returned items must be sent to Rovero Srl at the following address: Via Noè Bordignon 4 - 31020, San Zenone Degli Ezzelini (TV) Italy.
Responsibility for the items lies with the customer until they arrive at our warehouse.
How to return items
If the product is damaged or incorrect
Log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return, and click the button to request a return, specifying the reason and the items to return. Our customer service team will contact you soon to authorize the return and assist you with the best return method, or, for returns from Italy, to schedule a courier pick-up at your home. Standard shipping costs will be covered by Rovero, while any customs duties or fees for the exchanged goods will be borne by the buyer and will be communicated and managed by our customer service team.
Once the return is authorized by our team, we will send you the shipping label, which you must fill out, attach to the package, and then proceed with shipping it to Rovero Srl at the following address: Via Noè Bordignon 4 - 31020, San Zenone Degli Ezzelini (TV) Italy.
For all other types of returns and size exchanges
Log in to your Personal Area, go to the Orders section, select the order to return, and click the button to request a return, specifying the reason and the items to return. Our customer service team will contact you soon to authorize the return and assist you with the best return method. Shipping costs and any other fees will be borne by the buyer.
Once the return is authorized by our team, we will send you the shipping label, which you must fill out, attach to the package, and then proceed with shipping the goods using your preferred courier. Alternatively, for returns from Italy, you can schedule a home pick-up through our customer care team: in this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds
When will I receive my refund?
Rovero will verify the quality of the returned product and issue the refund only if it meets the return policy conditions. Returns are only accepted for purchases made directly on roverocashmere.com. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase as soon as possible.
Please note that refund times may vary depending on the payment providers.
Refunds will be free of charge and will always include the amount of the product or items being returned.
