Shipping times and costs

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible, although processing times may be slightly longer during holidays. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, we will begin processing it on the next business day.

Shipping is free on all orders; any customs duties, taxes, and additional costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We ship to the following countries: Italy, Spain, France, Germany, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Hungary, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Finland, Sweden, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Returns

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can let us know by email at info@roverocashmere.com within 14 days of delivery to request an exchange or refund.

Rovero will cover the cost of returning the item for defective or incorrect items; for all other returns, shipping costs and any additional costs will be borne by the buyer. Purchases must be returned via mail or courier in their original packaging, must not have been used, washed, or damaged, and must be in resalable condition. Exchanges or refunds will not be issued for items returned incomplete, damaged, or soiled.
Returns that do not comply with this policy will not be accepted or refunded. Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly on roverocashmere.com. For further questions or special requests, please contact our customer service team at info@roverocashmere.com.

Returned items must be sent to Rovero Srl at the following address: Via Noè Bordignon 4 - 31020, San Zenone degli Ezzelini (TV), Italy .
The customer is responsible for the items until they arrive at our warehouse.

How to make a return

If the product is damaged or incorrect

Log in to your Personal Area , go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a Return" button, specifying the reason and the items to be returned. Our customer service will contact you as soon as possible to authorize the return and help you choose the best return method or, for returns from Italy, to schedule a home collection by courier. Standard shipping costs will be paid by Rovero, while any duties or charges related to the exchanged goods will be borne by the buyer and will be communicated and managed by our customer service.
Once the return has been authorized, we will send you the shipping label : you will have to fill it out, attach it to the package and proceed with the shipment to Rovero Srl, Via Noè Bordignon 4 - 31020, San Zenone degli Ezzelini (TV), Italy .

For all other returns and size exchanges

Log in to your Personal Area , go to the Orders section, select the order you wish to return, and click the "Request a Return" button, specifying the reason and the items you wish to return. Our customer service team will contact you as soon as possible to authorize the return and assist you in choosing the most appropriate method. Shipping costs and any other charges will be borne by the buyer.

Once the return is authorized, we'll send you a shipping label : you'll need to fill it out, attach it to the package, and ship the goods via your preferred courier. Alternatively, for returns from Italy, you can schedule a home pickup through our customer service team; in this case, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund .

Refunds

When will I receive my refund?

Rovero will verify the quality of the returned product and issue a refund only if it complies with the terms of the return policy. Returns are accepted exclusively for purchases made directly on roverocashmere.com. You will receive your refund using the same payment method used for the original purchase, as quickly as possible.

Please note that refund times may vary depending on payment providers.
Refunds will be free of charge and will always include the cost of the returned product(s) .
